Same is happening for me...it got even worse today. It also seems to effect my in game chat. The chat is extremely lagging on both ends.

Just pressedd the Xbox power button for 10 seconds to power cycle off the Xbox. Turned it back on and now my curser is fine? Hope this helps!
Just power cycled the Xbox and now it’s fine for me too. Weird. But thanks!
