Would it be possible to get a bit more information on this?
Did the rewards go to an Xbox instead of your PlayStation? Or did the rewards go to another PSN account on the PlayStation?

My sons account is on my PS4 and his PS5. He plays on the ps5 but when I got on the ps4 the rewards went to the ps4 not his ps5

To confirm is the same PSN account being used on the PS4 and PS5? If so the content will be available, for more information check out our Duel Entiliment FAQ
If the content does not appear we may need to try playing a few games on the PS5, and if the content does not appear reach out to our support with your Purchase Information to take a further look.

I am having the same problem. Somehow the PS4 version of the game accidentally got downloaded and I opened it before realizing. All of my benefits went to the PS4 version. I am sad because I bought the CFB/MADDEN VIP bundle and have been looking forward to MUT.
I tried logging into the PS5 version but do not have my points, preorder packs such as the 83 Micah Parsons, and Hall of Fame player packs, etc. are not there.
I also did not even receive everything I am supposed to get even on the PS4 version but I understand lots of people are having that problem and I only really care about the PS5 version.

In the same boat here. We bought the NCAA / Madden bundle from the PS Store. Kids played the heck out of NCAA, loved it. My son, who's account the purchase was on accidentally downloaded the PS4 version and went through the business, played a game, figured out why it looked weird, and realized his goof. He uninstalled, went to PS5 version, no bonuses. No coins, no packs, nothing. I went through EA support, they told me I need to go through PS support. PS support said sorry we don't fix this bye. Feeling at a loss, kinda hopeless, and bummed for my kids. It's clear this isn't the only house this has touched. Why isn't my sons PS4 / PS5 ID sharing the same entitlements with / for EA? Any way to fix this???

I played CFB25 PS5 and it automatically downloaded the PS4 Version for Madden. I didn't recognized it and thought that the game looks and feels like trash. But I received the 4.600 Madden Points (didn't use them to save for later Promo) and 2 Alumni Players in MUT.
And then I downloaded the PS5 Version and received the 2 Alumnis Player again, but nothing else. Is there a way to get the Madden Points to my PS5 Version?

To confirm content for Pre-ordering will go to the platform version you first log into.
However, if you move from a PS4 to a PS5 but continue to play on the PS4 version you will still be able to access that content.

Hi @EA_Illium , your answer seems to be directly in conflict with the dual entitlement FAQs. See below (bold italic added):
Will my pre-order content from Playstation 4 or Xbox One carry over to Playstation 5 or Xbox Series X|S?
If you redeem pre-order content in Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4 then that content will be available when using the same account in Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 5. If you pre-ordered Madden NFL 25 on PlayStation 4, but waited to play the game first on PlayStation 5, you will still receive the content on the applicable account.
My content was (unintentionally) redeemed on PS4 version. I am using the same account on PS5 exactly as stated and have not received the content.
This also seems to conflict with your answer in another similar post.

My apologies as I am just confused why we are getting different answers. Apparently this was an issue in Madden 24 as well, and it seems the resolution was for players to receive their preorder content on both versions as indicated.
Thank you for your time and looking forward to a favorable response. I have opened a help case already but due to the more widespread issues with the preorder content in general they seem to not be able to address it yet.

Thank you for confirming this @satfreaktom264 . This is my understanding of how dual entitlement works and it seems to be spelled out in the FAQs and explained the same way in previous posts going all the way back to Madden 24.
I wanted to go ahead and add a link to a similar topic I created here where I am getting different answers. I have a post in detail about the inconsistency as well as another user showing proof they received the benefits on both versions in case you all wanted to follow that thread as well. Thanks.

Few updates, first I've merged the two posts we were talking about together into one for everyone to see and get updates on.
Second, In the former older thread I had originally misspoken about the rewards getting granted to both versions (ex. PS4 and PS5) and was under the understanding you should only get the pre-order content once.
With Madden 24 we saw an issue where players would accidentally download the older version of Madden instead of the current gen version (ex. PS4 version instead of the PS5 version) which would cause rewards to get sent to the wrong version you might have wanted to start on.
Currently, I've unsolved this post and am reaching out to the team to confirm. Once we have more information back I can update this post.

@binkky1 I got really lucky yesterday with PS Support.
I chatted with the Playstation Support and they told me, they cannot help with transfering Madden Points or the Pre-Seller Bonuses. But in the end the solution was, that they canceled my pre-order and I got the refund of the Bundle and could buy it again. Since I already downloaded the PS5 Version, I could start the correct version of game and got all the Madden Points and Packs on the PS5 Version.
So I guess, that works and I would recommand to do this before the global release.
Sony told us because it was redeemed, there was no refunding anything redeemed, refused that as an option.
I accidentally opened the ps4 deluxe edition and got the content their. but when I downloaded ps5 version I did not get any of the rewards and my ultimate team was different. I just want my deluxe edition rewards on my ps5 version.
bought points on the ps4 version of madden 25 when i wanted to buy them for the madden 25 ps5 version. its the same account just want my points transferred to my ps5 version of the game its the same account and i also would like my pre order stuff to show up on the ps5 version as well. had like 72k points on the ps4 version and really would like them swapped to my ps5 version of the game.
Is there an update on this situation? I've had a similar problem where I pre-ordered Madden 25 Deluxe Edition on my PS5, but it auto-downloaded the PS4 version. When I launched whatever was autodownloaded, it looked weird, and then I realized I was on the wrong version. I deleted the PS4 version and installed the PS5 version manually, but by then, my madden points and presumably the other pre-order rewards had been sent to the PS4 version. Is there any solution to this? I play on my PS5, on the PS5 version, and intend to get the rewards on the PS5 version.
they dont care about their customers i spent over 900 dollars on the wrong version of the game first year on ps5 didnt know they would auto download a ps4 version of the game and now i cant get the points transferred over or refunded such a * way to help a customer that has supported the game for awhile. 72K points were not used but they refuse to help anyone. i just want the points on my ps5 version of the game.
I also accidentally installed the ps4 version on my ps5 and got screwed and ripped off by EA! If thr points are taken from both versions, then the purchase should be on both versions or dont take the points from both versions. This is theft by unlawful taking in ever since of the law.
