My account was banned for no reason and when I tried to email I got this back

lol...what?  Who's Ninja? When was this?  So what you are saying is that if you are banned  you can start the game, go into your stats page  but cannot begin a match? Is this correct? If so, I guess it's good if you want to flaunt your stats out.  What does pride have anything to do with the post...grow up youngun

Yes I have emailed the team and they told me they would respond with a no reply email. Everyone I try to talk to the service team it says my account was suspended and to check into their rules. In their rules I can’t find anything that I did wrong so it must be my account was hacked from somewhere and they are shutting it down for my safety but it’s like watching all the money I spent go down the drain I have all the receipts and for just three it’s over $100. I just want my origin bank account to be unbanned. I play sims, how does one get banned for playing the sims so confused ya know?
