ロード無限

PC、Steam APEXを起動しようとすると、タイトル画面？での無限ロードにおちいってしまい、進みません。 SEの友達に見てもらったり、一通り試しましたが何も変わりませんでした。 Steam側の問題なのか、購入した他のゲームを開く事も出来ませんでした。なにか解決法などありますでしょうか。
