tenia el mismo problema pero a mi se me soluciono solo, pero al solucionarse ese inconveniente me nacio otro, y es que el juego hacee engine error adjunto imagen , ya probe todo desde desistalar hasta formatear mi pc, dos veces con windows 10 home y windows 10 pro todos mis drivver estan actualizados y en conjunto no se que es lo que pasa si alguien sabe que hacer se lo agradeceria...
