100% CPU Use on start

Hi everybody,

Somehow, when i start Apex Legends, the CPU usage stuck at 100% for about half - entire minute or so, causing the CPU to get extremely hot and my PC turn off.
If i can survive that minute, then the CPU go back to around 30-40% and everything works like a charm for the rest of the game session but i need to pass that threshold of 100% CPU usage.
My solution could be underclocking the CPU cause i have already a good refrigeration system. But, you know, this is not the solution i want.
It's the only game that causes the CPU stucking at 100%.

So my question is why is Apex Legends causing this?
Am i the only one with Apex putting his CPU at 100% on startup? Is it common?

I tried to contact the support team giving me useless solutions to be honest which didn't work at all as clearing caches, reinstalling game, reinstalling origin, antivirus, etc etc.

I put one image of the CPU char while i start the game.

The first wave ---> Right when the Respawn animation ends and you have the "Start" button.
The second wave ---> When you have clicked the "Start" and your char and main menu appears.

As you can see, if i'm able to get there without the PC to shutdown, the CPU usage comeback to normal levels and get stablized at 30%

The game sometimes crash too, i give you the apex_crash.txt on that thread.
