cant launch apex probably be cause of eac

i played apex 2 days ago and the match making was quite long cuz i was the only player in q basically
so i decided to re launch apex  and since im blocked on the eac initializing window and nothing change. 
i verified the files multiples time also re install the game on steam (main platform) and ea app , uninstalled vanguard cuz i heard there is an issue with the anti cheat on bf6 rebooted my pc i checked basically everything and nothing changed pls help asap i'll like to finish my battle pass and play some ranked for a better aura thx really much in advance
