$2000 account from 2021-2023 gone

I recently returned to Apex Legends after several years away, only to discover that my original Xbox progression and inventory were missing.

I believe something went wrong during the 2023 Cross Progression merge. My concern is that the progression associated with my original Xbox profile may have been excluded from the merge, while a much newer PC profile was used instead.

My original Xbox account was:

- Level 500+

- Had both Wattson's and Rampart's heirlooms.

- Had numerous cosmetics and other unlocked content.

- Had years of gameplay statistics and achievements.

I have independently verified that this is the original Xbox profile I am trying to recover. I also have historical gameplay recordings showing me actively using both heirlooms, with my Xbox username visible.

I've contacted EA Support multiple times and have essentially been told that there is nothing they can do.

Am I simply expected to accept losing years of progression and purchases because I wasn't actively playing when Cross Progression was introduced?

I have substantial documentation supporting my account history, including:

- Historical screenshots of my original Apex profile and statistics.

- Gameplay recordings showing my previously owned heirlooms.

- Microsoft purchase histories and transaction IDs.

- Amazon purchase confirmations for additional Apex Coins and content.

- Historical EA account emails and previous support case records.

Microsoft alone has documented $2,034.85 in Apex Coin purchases, not including additional purchases made through Amazon and other sources.

I also have historical EA Support case #94257998 from November 2021, relating to an earlier account-linking issue that I was able to resolve at the time.

I am not simply asking for someone to look at my current account and tell me what is currently linked. I want to know whether EA can investigate the historical account associations and determine what happened to my original progression.

My questions are:

1. Can my original Xbox progression be restored to its previous state?

2. Can EA investigate whether the original progression was excluded, overwritten, or associated with another EA account during Cross Progression?

3. Can this be escalated to a team with access to historical account-linking and game-data records?

4. If recovery is genuinely impossible, is there any alternative remedy or compensation process available for the purchases and content I've lost access to?

I understand that account recovery may not always be possible. However, given the amount of documentation I have, the history of my account, and the significant amount of money invested in Apex, I would appreciate something more substantial than being told there is nothing that can be done.

I have the transaction IDs and supporting evidence available and can provide them through an appropriate, secure support channel.

I would genuinely appreciate guidance from someone who can help get this investigated further.
