Account banned for no reason help

Hey I've been playing for an year now and yesterday i could not start games because it DC'd me and displayed a message account banned for cheating.
now I'm a player that never cheats in any game i hate false progress my kdr right now is 1.57 i consider myself above average player and i only got to diamond 4 in season 3
(when it was much easier).
now 2 days ago i had problems with apex's friends list some were offline even thou they're online so i deleted origin installed it back and apex was gone from library i could not start it through the game itself and i could not add it to library cause of a weird message Whoops an Error Occurred Please Try Again Later Red #User-Location -Fetch-Error as well as few other errors.
and sometimes it would ask me for a Activation code for a free game?
so i added apex as a non origin game and my friends told me they see me online but it said i was playing r5Apex but game would not start.
the last thing i did was a solution i found on google use a VPN so i did and suddenly i could add apex to my library again and everything was fine for this day.
the following day i got banned for cheats.
i dont know why, somethings are on my mind
i did use the sentinel rapid fire bug once in a normal match just shot in the air for fun didn't kill anyone.
and i also have Reshade installed for a little blue corsair that i added like the ones on the gaming displays.
did one of this things get me banned?
my friends also used sentinel rapid fire with me no one got banned.
i love apex very much it is the best battle royal ever and i'm freaking out i dont know what to do.
i also own recordings of most of my wins should i have to send them to EA?
