Account banned

So I was playing ranked when I ran into these two racist guys who called me the N-word at least 20 times and then said he was going to report me falsely. That statement only says to make sure that he gets the part where he was verbally harassing me. Was this ban even looked into at all or did I just get banned?? He repeatedly called me the n word AND I GET BANNED?? How ea

I'm sorry, If you think there's been a mix-up with a ban application, you'll need to reach out and appeal this with the Terms of Service team. That's not something we can review or change on the forums. EA Bans and Suspensions is a guide that helps to answer most questions, just in case you'd like to check it out.

Ea is the worst game development company of all time no question. Apex would do so much better if the rights were sold to literally anyone else. Only ea would ban me for some old head calling me derogatory words and not look into it at all

@Mari🤭nMagiccTtv just take a bit to calm down. This should get resolved eventually.
I agree other players should never abuse you on your game and even more so then report you. Did you say anything in return to those players which might have been deserving of a ban or did you talk to them nicely or ignore them?
