Issue where the touch keyboard appears on the screen when the touchpad is pressed and held

I'm playing on PC using the PS4 official controller, but after installing SP2, I felt something was off with the temporary abilities. So I tried it out in the shooting range, and this is what happened.

Please help me! This happened so suddenly, and I'm really at a loss.
