Account disabled on PC but working on PS5 after unban

Hello,

My EA account was recently unbanned, and I can now play normally on PS5.

However, when I try to log in on PC, I get an “account disabled” message (Error Code EC:10901).

It seems like my account is still restricted on the PC platform, even though the ban was fully removed.

Could you please check and reactivate my EA account on PC so I can access all platforms again?
