Account Hacked - refusal to unban
A data breach of EA accounts meant my account was hacked, I have tried 3 times to get my account back with screenshot evidence of my username, receipts with my email, name and address on and EA customer support simply denies my request without a conversation or explanation.
I've spent hundreds of pounds over years and years on EA games that I have a right to access. Absolutely appalling customer service from a MASSIVE company.

We cannot make any changes to an account on the forums, nor are we able to discuss the details of an account or situation here, I'm afraid.
Our support team must first verify ownership of an account before any details can be discussed or changed, and as these are public boards that's not something we can get into here.
I see you've mentioned reaching out multiple times already, but if you have any ongoing concerns or issues with that process you'll need to get back in touch with the support team.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help logging in to my EA Account or I need help with my hacked account, that should get you in contact with the team so they can look into this further with you.Note that if needed, you can try logging out of your current account or using an incognito window to go through the above steps and get a case opened if you're otherwise unable to do so.
