I should be allowed to guess my password a few timesbefore it’s forcefully reset. Obviously it was doing it’s job and not letting anyone sign into my account. So why would you go and reset the password. You should have checked to see if the account was being active on any games or anything. All because I didn’t go to EA.com and sign into my profile there, EA reset my password without warning. And literally I remember clearly playing the morning of pretty early, running errands that same day, then coming home to my account being locked.
I think the worst part of it all, is when Sagar from EA help told me that he successfully verified me as the owner of the account and was taking me thru the reset steps and near the end he changed up and said we had to reverify bc of his screw up. That was almost 2 months ago now.
I have attached a picture to confirm that I have bought a EA game and I still own it(TitanFall 2) . But when I’ve tried to verify myself using said game and all the info I thought was correct to verify me, I was told no multiple times. Yes it may not be the order billing/shipping info I’m getting wrong but it doesn’t matter bc no matter what i do they won’t tell me what’s wrong or correct. (I understand for user saftey/privacy, but for the love of god show a man some love bro 😭)

I think EA shouldn’t go around resetting login credentials as they please. Maybe that person is just taking a long break, so your gonna punish him for not playing your game?? Or someone like me, played apex almost everyday I could for a long time. It was my main game, still is. But there was no reason to and reset my login, you should’ve sent out a memo or something. I can’t imagine how many people feel my pain but I hope it’s not too many because this is ridiculous.
im honestly turned away from all EA games now because I can’t just hop on my main profile and go play some battlefield to blow off steam or jus jump into a round of apex and take some dubs. EA was a heavy part of my gaming, it with the way my situation is going and has gone so far. I wouldn’t be surprised if I rarely ever picked up another EA game, that’s the first thing I have to look for right now. Is whether or not a game is made by EA or another company. If it’s made by EA, I can’t bother installing it because I can’t login it won’t let me. So what’s the point in playing any EA game if I have to switch accounts every time. And I’m not gonna play with two accounts forever I shouldn’t have to.

now I’ve tried time and time again to verify myself as the original owner or whatever. I’ve been trying for a little over 9 months since mid December of 2022.
