When I start a case it says that the case was received, but when I go to ''My Cases" tab there is nothing.

5 months agoIn this case, please try setting up a new EA account and contacting EA Help Support from this new account. You can then let them know about the problem creating cases from your main account and explain that you're trying to recover that account.
