Account Progress Lost on Apex Legends (Steam)

Hello,

I logged into my Apex Legends account on Steam this past Saturday after not playing for a long time (since around October of last year). To my surprise, my account was completely reset, and I lost all my progress, including:

  • My level
  • My stats
  • All my in-game currencies
  • My unlocked Legends
  • My skins

After some research, I learned there was a patch in April that caused a rollback for many accounts, resulting in lost progress. Could this issue be related to that patch?

I want to clarify that my Steam account has always been linked to the same EA account, and I have never unlinked it at any point.

I’ve been playing for a long time, and this is very upsetting. I’m certain I logged in with the correct account.

Could someone please help me or guide me on how to recover my progress? I’d greatly appreciate any advice.

    please help me my account is missing ı have 1.400 hour play time heirloom and many legendeary skins 

    At first it said there was no such email address, then I logged in with a different email address and it was an empty account, then I changed the email and connected it with Steam and my main account disappeared.

    My account is completely lost and I can no longer access it because I think I accidentally changed the email address of an empty account to the email address of my main account. What can I do?

    i had same proble

    I used to play APEX on Xbox, but for some reason, I decided to switch to PC. However, when I tried to select my cloud save, something seems to have gone wrong. I can’t continue playing with my original progress, and I’m not even able to start the game.
