Account unlink request
I don't understand, I made a request to untie my platform, my email was resolved, I thought I saw that my platform had been untied, but that's not the case. If anyone can help me

If you tried going through these steps to unlink your account or had contacted support directly for assistance with an account link, but are still having issues, you'll need to reach back out to support.
We are unable to make any changes to your account here on the forums. You can open a new case using the steps on the EA Help website to get in touch with our support team so they can assist further, or if you had previously opened a case you can resume it from your case history page to speak with support again for more assistance.
