account was banned after trying to get a refund from ea after they ghosted me
basically I bought coins the day of the genesis event for one of the new skins, the next day and going forward for about 2 weeks. couldn't even play the game. cpu would sky rocket, game would crash everytime I would alt tab, everytime i switched game modes, my game would hitch for a couple of minutes while not being able to respond to anything, loading screen bug, and soft alt tabbing me back to the home screen. all of these problems never happened before the genesis update so of course I was mad, I had the right too. I went to pay pal since that's how i bought the coins, and filed for a refund which they sent to ea only to get zero response. when there was less than a week left, I then ask for paypal's help since they clearly ghosted me and had no intentions of helping me. I then get the refund from paypal since ea didn't respond to my complaint and then I finally get an email from them only to find out that i'm banned. it's honestly not fair. I really need help because I put a lot of time into that account. I dont mind if they banned me from being able to make purchases because I plan on going f2p for the rest of the game's life cycle after that.
i've contacted ea support via phone and the lady was nice enough to get the terms and conditions to look at the details regarding my issues, I've commented about the issues on another forum too in the past. I just want help that's all

Unfortunately, we can't help with banned accounts through Answers HQ. You'll need to submit a dispute with Terms of Service. Details on that can be found here. If the ban gets lifted and you're able to play again, but still have the technical issues you mentioned, let us know and we'll see if we can get those resolved. Thanks!
