Aiming delay on PS4 Apex Legends

Whenever i try to aim, ads or hip, there is a massive delay from when I move the stick to when my Legend starts to look to that direction. 

I know it's not the controller because I've tried others and even unpaired them from the ps4 and re-paired them to which the problem still persists.

I've also tried the server swap idea.

Please help! I can't play like this!
