All Currencies At -9999 Legends Locked

So I accidentally had my console apex account on another EA account that wasnt registered to the PC EA account that I use for Apex I swapped my console account to the PC EA that I use Now when I login to my console account all my currencies are at -9999 and only have 4 characters. This was on the 31st, I've seen people say something about their account getting wiped for this reason and I'm assuming this is what this is, how'd we wait like 4 years for cross progression just for it to wipe my account 😞 Also even if I wanted to I can't unlink and put it back on the account that the Playstation account was originally on because I'm locked out till April of next year. Wish this was better explained or could I get some help on this.

    After hearing about cross progression I thought I’d be able to finally play on PS5 with my progress from my Xbox One. I unlinked my PS account from an EA account I don’t use and linked it to the EA account I mainly play Apex Legends on. Now when trying to play the game on PS5 all the menu tabs a locked, currencies are at -9999. Looking online there hasn’t been a fix for years. Is the only solution to just give up and stop playing Apex? I’m sure not starting over after all the time and money I’ve put into this game.

    Okay so, I used to have my switch linked up to EMAIL 1. Though I do have access to EMAIL 1, I started using an EMAIL 2 for personal reasons. although I switched my email on my Switch, my EA account stayed linked to EMAIL 1 (even though it never asked me if I wanted to change it).

    When I got my playstation, I signed it to EMAIL 2. I linked my Apex and EA accounts to EMAIL 2. Thought nothing of it.

    Here comes yesterday, and BAM, new season dropped. I find out how to unlink and link accounts and that my switch is still linked to the wrong email (EMAIL 1). I decide to unlink and link it back up to EMAIL 2. And then, it all went haywire.

    Suddenly, I could only go into the club and play menus, all my crafting metals, legend tokens, and apex coins are stuck at -9999 with flashing lights, and I've seemingly lost all my skins (the legend I'm playing as by default, Wraith, is missing her legendary skin I have equipped normally.).

    All the stuff I've seen says that I need to relink my nintendo account, but it says I can't change it until may of next year.

    My account had a lot of good stuff on it; the Bad to the Bone Lifeline Skin (with her skydive emote), and also a Wraith Heirloom.

    I just wanna have my stuff linked up on both. I need help, bad, because that's money EA has basically taken from me and I don't have access too if this cross-progression thing doesn't work.

    I can’t access any of the tabs after my accounts merged. It won’t let me click on the store, legends, or anything. What can I do.

  • Well I'm glad I'm not alone but this just about kills Apex for me, I know we're not gonna get a fix and have to wait till to transfer to the old account, which tbh I've already forgotten. And even then that's not a guarantee.

    I'm a PC gamer, but I don't have a PC at home, but I do have a PS4. When I first started playing I linked my EA PS4 account to email1 (PC2 account was also linked there, but I stopped playing on it due to some login errors). Later I started playing on PC1 account ( email2) for a long time and now it is my main account.
    I played very little on PS4 (I only got 22 levels (0-22) from February to October). And I don't care about the contents of the PS4 account's inventory, there's nothing of value there.
    On October 26, when the new season trailer came out and cross-progression was announced I decided to unlink my PS4 account from email1 to email2, realizing that all my little progress from mail1 will be deleted (I don't care about mail1 inventory, I want to play under one email2 account).

    I unlinked and linked the ps4 account from mail1 to mail2 and waited for the new season. The season came out and now I'm having the same problem as you.

    Please let me play on my PS4 account with the same progress as on PC

    Hey all,

    Progress is stored on the EA account itself and not on the platform account (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch)
    This means that if you relink one of your platform accounts to a different EA account that it won't bring over the progress.
    You'll need to relink your platform account back to the EA account it was originally linked to if you want to get your progress back.

    If you are unable to relink it due to a date restriction then your best bet would be to contact support.

  • I would really love a way to actually contact support. No matter where I look theres no where for me to directly contact support.
