If you've been playing since day or even since 2020, it looks like that was on a different account. The EA account you're posting with currently has only ever launched Apex on PlayStation platforms, and only extremely recently. If you've played prior to the past few days or on any other platform at all, it was on a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platforms can be re-linked. Re-linking to the original EA account would be the only way to try restoring any missing progress in these situations.
