I lost all stats and leveling from this season, the picture showing Newcastle is a little old but it's the most recent one i have from my so to be progression. The one with ash is the reason I'm asking this question. What can be done to fix this?

The link you supplied relates to an issue that's not having anything to do with what US Nintendo switch users are experiencing. The link that you supplied suggests that it has to do with the prestige levels.
What is actually happened is that all season progress has been reduced to the beginning, and a fair bit of the actual overall level has been reduced. The items that were one in the battle pass are still unlocked, even though it indicates that they haven't been claimed yet, so when you win a level progress you don't get to claim the prize because the system already knows that you've claimed it. So that's a thousand Apex coins down the toilet at this point.
I've given Apex roughly $500 with all of the coins I have bought. Yes a Nintendo Switch user. To have my progress reset like this.. very infuriating. It can be fixed so simply just roll back the game data of all Switch users to March 13th. If this isn't fixed I'll never make a purchase from EA EVER again
