For that you would need to contact the ToS team.

Thank you very much for your concern. It may be because I was too angry to list the process of my appeal so that you did not see the specific reasons.
First, I have contacted and complained more than 100 times through TOS, because many illegal software users attacked the server in August last year, and normal players could not connect back at all (including me). In this way, I was banned for more than 8 months
The second customer service is in the live chat record of the banned. More than 20 customer service members have explained that I did not use illegal software.(which was recored in live chat history)
Thirdly, no player will do such a thing on the apex account he recharged 5000USD and played for more than 4000 hours.There are also several customer service staff who have explained my situation and they can solve it in the early stage, but now they have no authority to remove my ban from the system.
