This happens multiple times a night. I have had my ISP over 4 different times and they have found nothing. WIFI and Hard wired connections both go out but there are no errors on the router, its as if the router thinks the connection is fine, but there is actually no internet.
Any thoughts?
I'm on PC hard wired. Its done this with my desktop and laptop. WIFI or hardwire doesn't seem to make a difference.
They checked all the wiring from my router to their street side box. That being said, I connected my own router and performed the port forwarding as well as cleared all the cache, and last jugt was the first night in a long time it didnt disconnect. Im in Telus at home. While away at work I use a Shaw wifi connection and I never disconnect. This might just be a Telus issue. I do have friends I okay with in the same town on Telus that don’t have the same problem. Its a weird one that only a few of us experience for some reason.
