Apex cloud data

When i try launching apex it says: Cloud data is corrupted. The cloud data for this game is corrupted, and we couldnt detect any local saved data. If youve recently launched the EA app on a different device, we recommend using that same device so we can try to restore your cloud data. Or, you can create a new save by launching the game now. I dont know what to do because im afraid if i launch the game then my progress will be lost.
