Recovered EA account shows no Penalty History but banned in Apex Legends.

Recently my EA account was hacked but I was able to recover it using EA help. But soon after when I tried logging into Apex Legends, it shows after 5 second that I'm banned in EA Online service. But I am able to play other EA games such as "BattleField 2042" and "Skates." just fine. 
I have used their web forum 3 times now and for the subject I chose "Submit an appeal" and game "Apex Legends". But they keep replying with the same email that I need to contact Terms of Service. 
My question is "HOW!!". The web forum you give is not relevant with the current website because there is no more a "Email us" option. It's just another case submit portal. If I can't contact Terms of Service with case submit, then give me clear steps on how to contact them. Don't sent me your old bot link on how to contact them because the "Web Form" link just redirects you to case portal. 
If I need to email them, then give me their email address. Thank you. Otherwise update your guide.
