apex coins not recived

hello i am trying to figure out why you wont respond to my claims oof apex coins not being received after purchases was made and your system asked me specifically if this was my email and my user name  i bought the card through amazon for 19.99 for your 2500 coins pack and redeem it by your info on how to redeem yet no funds i still only have a balance of 100 apex coins this was on 5-13-2024 i have already sent screenshots with proof of purchases ......

    I had gotten with ea help and they just kept telling me to go through steam. Steam says to go through the publisher since the money was accepted by ea but the coins didn't appear. I've had this problem since season 20 every time i purchased coins they would not appear and it would be a week of getting someone to help me. the support told me they will be looking into the issue, idk how long that would take. The best advice I will give is to not buy anything, you may not get your coins or your money back.
