I purchased the champions editions a couple of days ago via Origins. The 1000 coins are nowhere to be seen.

Are you just not seeing the option to make a purchase in-game at all? If you go to the Steam store page for Apex Legends are you seeing any options to purchase anything there?

@EA_Kent Hello (steam, Sri lanka PC) There are lot of us playing apex here, Like to buy the new BP but cant have the same problem, (Apex coins Ingame store unavailability) all of us have the same problem.
Tried contacting EA and tried deleting the assets and restarting didnt work. Hope to have a fix soon...thanks.

I think it would be best to reach out to Steam Support to see if they can help with that. I'm afraid we don't really have any visibility into the Steam billing system, so if there's something that's blocking the purchases they may be able to see it.

If you're running into this same problem it's most likely an issue with your account location settings. It would be best to get in touch with Steam support so they can review your account and make sure the location settings are correct.

Is there a resolution to this? I see this post is from over a year ago and I'm now experiencing the same issue. All coins are "unavailable" in store.
