Apex Constantly Crashing

I've been haviing issues for years wiith Apex crashing. It use to crash and reset my PC and couldnt fix it after trying Origin, EA Play and Steam to run the game.. I've recently tried getting back into Apex past couple months. It still crashes, but doesnt turn off my PC, I can typically play a game or two, and itll crash in the middle of it. Ive been using Steam w more success, and Ive noticed my CPU typically is at 100% when i play. I have an i5-9600 w a RTX 2070 super - i can play any other game fine w no issues. typically COD would give me trouble, but that just gets low FPS from time to time. Ive tried to move from D: drive to my C: Drive, uninstalled and reinstalled plenty of times - tried to debug - but still getting the same issues. I dont ever see crash reports for it either, or maybe im not looking properly.

There doesnt seem to be a trigger for the crash.. ive been in the middle of fights with a lot of stuff happening (abiilities, nades, etc) but also crashes when im just chilling and looting. 

Just gets really frustrating being in the middle of a fight and it crashes, or i get left in the storm b/c of it.
