APEX crash shut down mid game

PC shut down in the middle of a game. No warnings,Each game everyday  happened

Someone has the same problem i got，and we all have 3090 or 5900X，Maybe it mean something，and i think it might be the anti cheat bug with some new hardware or software， 

Believe me，i try everything i can，like reinstall the system few times， repair the game，i know it might just few people like me having this problem，but we love apex so much，plz fix it soon，and believe me is also not my pc problem，its are brand new computer，and is not problem when i play another game，3A games。

5900X

C8DH

RTX 3090

64 RAM

WIN10

    @EA_Kent In some how，i find out why i shut down，i change my monitor from 4k 144hz to 1080p 240hz，the problem solved，might apex problem，might my power supply problem，but i still think is a bug.

    @EA_Kent Thanks for reply，here is my dxdiag，and i also found some new problem，when i download the ROG armoury crate，it will shutdown more faster，even in the Training ground，this is are very Vicious bug，maybe the game or anti cheat.

    @juiceflip 

    You might be on to something with that. I've seen some cases where Easy Anti-Cheat doesn't get along with some software. 

    Have you tried setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps? If there is something else running on the PC that's related to the crashes that may help to get around it. You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help website.

    @EA_Kent Unfortunately I try to setting up a clean boot，doesn't work，still shutdown immediately，i close every service which was not related with Microsoft，not working either.

    Thank you for giving it a shot. 

    Can you also try repairing or reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat to see if that helps? If there's an issue with EAC that could do the trick as well. You can find more info on how to repair/reinstall it at the Easy Anti-Cheat website. 

    Let me know how that goes when you can.
