Hello, I just lunched Apex (I have it on Steam) to check out the new season 19 and the long waited cross-progression, but I came out emptyhanded. As soon as I open the game, for the first time, it crashed (prolly my pc's fault), I restart it get into the game this time only to see that cross-progression hasn't worked on me. Is it a bug or not. I have connected all my other platform accounts with my EA account so I don't know what else I can do. Can somebody help?

Hey @P1kolo-92,

While Cross Progression is being introduced this season, it is rolling out in waves so not everyone will see it immediately.

You should see a splash screen similar to the one below confirming your account has been migrated once this takes place.

Don't be concerned if this doesn't appear for you immediately, but once that process completes do let us know if you're encountering anything unusual. Thanks!

My account won't load anything after trying it, locked all my characters (aside from starters) in game currency can't load I had 15 heirlooms that are gone no skins or gun skins?? What info do you need to look into this?

Can I ask what specifically you tried?

This sounds like you've unlinked a platform from your EA account, was that the case?

Sir, im having same trouble i just link my xbox acc and psn, i cant do nothing cant select a legend, check battle pass and stuff everything is bug

@EA_Mako I did unlinked it yesterday to link everything to the same account for cross progression coming this season are you telling my 4 years and thousands of dollars is lost??

You haven't loaded to a server. This happens every new season on the first day. Keep closing the game and reloading and eventually it will work.

Hey @buckmacewindu,

Cross Progression only applies to the various platforms connected to a single EA account.

Unfortunately there is not a way to transfer content or progress between separate EA accounts.

If you re-link that account to the original EA account, you should see that progress returned and available.

If you're having trouble getting that re-linked to the correct account, our support can assist.

@EA_Mako Okay so it's telling me I cant unlink the account until 04/27/2024 so I have to wait 6 month to possible get access to all my transactions? This is seriously flawed.
