Apex cross progression might have caused me to lose everything

So I’ve played apex on Xbox since the game came out. A year ago tho I got a ps5 and started playing on that, so when cross progression came I thought I’d try and link my PlayStation to my Xbox and get everything I have on my old account( which was a very high level and had a tone of cosmetics). I now realized that I linked my Xbox to my PlayStation account and may have lost everything in my Xbox account. Is there a way for me to get my stuff back or is it gone for good ?

    Hi @Totally_Unkn0wn,

    Just to clarify how the account connections work. You don't connect your Xbox to your PlayStation. You connect them both to your EA account, which is where the content is stored. So if your Xbox account had a higher level than your PlayStation account, you should keep the progress from the Xbox account. However, if your Xbox account and PlayStation accounts were linked to two different EA accounts, and you unlinked the Xbox account from an EA account to link it to the same EA account as your PlayStation account, then you might have erased your progress. If this is what happened, then you will need to try connecting your Xbox account back with the previous EA account.

    Hi @EA_cuervo, 

    Thanks for the clarification. I have reconnected my Xbox back to my old ea account and it has deleted everything. The account is back to level one and none of the previous cosmetic purchases I made are on it. Is there anything else I could do to retrieve them or are they gone for good ?

    Unfortunately, the only possible way to get your content back would be to link it to the EA account where it was previously linked. If, by doing so, you still don't see the content back, then unfortunately, we're unable to recover it manually.

    Hi, so would there be a way to get my money back that I spent on the game since everything was deleted on that account and I spent a good amount to get different cosmetics?

    @Totally_Unkn0wn Or is there like a way to try and recover the account because it could be possible that the account I linked my Xbox to was a different one since I’ve had a few ea accounts ?

    I do have my purchase history of all the times I bought apex credits so is there a way to redound or the credited on it cause I lost everything?

    I reconnected to my old ea account with all my cosmetics and a very high level on apex and it has been reset back to level 1 and scrubbed of all my cosmetics. Since you guys have told me there’s nothing to do to retrieve lost data besides reconnecting to account, which I did and didn’t work, I want the money I spent on the game back or some sort of compensation for it. I have my purchase history on Xbox  with all the times I spent money on the game so is there anything you can do to get me my money back?

    You are a terrible manager, all of these people have lost their progress and so much money has been taken away
