You can follow these steps to attach a dxdiag, or please at least let us know your specific GPU, CPU, platform (Steam/EA app) and which driver version you're currently using on your GPU. Thanks!

Hello, EA_Mako:
I'm running Apex Legends on both EA and Steam on Windows 11
CPU is i7-10700K and GPU is AMD Radeon RX6600 (Driver was downgraded to 24.12.1 used to be the newest version 25.5.1).
Just like L3TS_G0_G4MBL1NG mentioned, everything was fine until the new update released.
I thought it was the GPU driver's problem and tried to reinstall again and verify the game files from Steam as well but nothing seems to be fixed.
