Apex Legends account reset?

I haven’t played apex legends in about a month or so; when i turned it on today their was a huge update. When I launched the game after it was done updating I was greeted with the new current screen. It went into the main screen where all the selections were and my skin was default. I went to check why thinking maybe it was a bug but no absolutely everything is gone. All 3 years of collecting legendary skins, poses, banners, ect all gone. Even my prized heirloom. I’m beyond devastated, please tell me this has happened to someone else and there is a way to get it all back? I still have all stats like 30k kills, 400 wins, ect.

    Hey @xHydrx could be that you are logged in on a secondary account.

    For issues such as this you can speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product APEX

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
