Apex Legends account reset?
I haven’t played apex legends in about a month or so; when i turned it on today their was a huge update. When I launched the game after it was done updating I was greeted with the new current screen....

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
