Apex Legends Black Screen

The thing is when i try this it does nothing and I havnt been able to change it or get into a menu screen for a week now

I know this is old, but for me, I had to turn off my monitors amd freesync. The way you can tell if that's the issue is to try to open your monitors settings menu via the buttons on the back. If it doesn't display, close apex, and turn freesync off.

I also have this problem and nothing will help and i already uninstalled it snd reinstalled it and tried everything on the internet and nothing works.i dont know if i have the same issue but when i startup apex legends and click start to go in to the main menu my screen goes black and it disconnects my displayport.
