I got my game freezes too one too many times just when the screen transitions to character selection. It annoys me I have to get -25 ranked points penalty every time it happened.
I attached my DxDiag file with this reply.
I repaired, reinstalled the game and basically following lots of troubleshooting step on the guides. (cap the frame rates, setting easy anti-cheat priority to low, no overclocking, disabling overlays, troubleshoot compatibility before starting, reducing VRAM usage, reinstall the game to different physical hard drive, etc)
I have this same problem, not constantly but randomly, every once in a while the game will freeze on the character select. ive tried repairing but not sure if it worked or not
still no fix? this is annoying. also when i open task manager to close the game, its showing 4500 MB of memory being used. i'm sure that's no supposed to happen
I have the same issue since last update not able to play single game it gets stuck post player selection or after that, Please help as i am not able to play since 2 weeks now
same problem here, started doin it today, 2 times from like 15 games
