This on the other hand is my ping INGAME !
It's also common for the ping to go as high as 88ms ! Why? Are there no servers in the actual Amsterdam or anywhere near?
How did you get the FPS and ping to draw in the box with in-game stylization?

Same issue here in NZ - closest data center is Sydney - Ping in server screen is below 40ms, in game more like 200ms - i've done loads of swapping out of hardware internally without luck. I've done the UOroute thing alongside my PS4 on the same connection - 13hops to the data center, but still 40ms or so. I have windscribe VPN - i can get ~50ms ping using that method over fewer hops - more like 6-10 hops, but being a commercial vpn the connection has packet-loss spikes that make the game difficult to play for other reasons.
Just because you connect to a local data centre doesn't mean you game is going to be hosted there the match maker will match you with players on other servers
same thing is happening to me although im playing on London servers, the data center shows 30 or something near, but in game i get from 70- 300
advanced data or smth like that ingame options
