Missing Apex Predator Badge

So, I was playing apex like I usually do on my PlayStation 5 when all of a sudden my PS5 was acting up. Turns out it was not working properly and up to speed. Wouldn’t let me connect to WiFi or anything, so I got a new PlayStation console. I logged back into apex and lost my Masters and Predator badge. I’ve been contraction EA support for a week now and they have not giving me updates on what to do or when my badge will be back. I got my masters badge back but not my predator.
