APEX LEGENDS MY ACCOUNT IS SOMEHOW LEVEL 1

I recently tried to start playing apex legend again since about 2 years, but my account seems to have lost data: my badges (except the rank badges), my levels, my banners, and the worst part is that I have to do all the tutorial to start playing the game. Is there any solution for this? I've played the game for about 1800hr and I don't want the data to be gone.
