This is not a bug with the account itself; this specific EA account was simply not created until the date you've mentioned.
I fully understand you had been playing on this PlayStation account prior to that, however it was not linked to this EA account at the time. This EA account has never launched Apex Legends on PlayStation.
That means there is another EA account out there with the progress from when you had initially played, and you'd need to link your platforms there or log into that one on PC instead. I'd try logging into the EA app or website with any other emails that may have been used in the past to try and locate an earlier account.
If there's an older email you're no longer able to access, our support would be able to help try to verify and update that account information, rather than checking this one again for progress that does not exist here.
