I first started playing apex on psn in 2019 on this account i was lucky enough to be able to unbox heirloom shards by sheer luck. ive now moved to pc but when i load onto apex on pc (through the ea app) my level is the same as it was on playstation but no cosmetics and most importantly my heirloom are nowhere to be found. I can still acess and use this heirloom if i play on psn but i want to be able to use it on pc any help?
Afraid not, Smellbag0_0. It's pretty likely those were on some account that's been linked at some point, there are some cases where those will appear despite being saved at the EA account level.
What is unequivocally, 100% without a doubt is that the EA account you're posting with now did not exist prior to 2023.
i am incapable of doing the right now but i should be able to upload one tomorrow. if i send a screenshot of my account on pc showing that i have badges from season 4 of apex which was in 202 even though the account says it was created in 2023 would that be of any help? if not i can update with a playstation screenshot at sometime tomorrow

Screenshots of your trophies don't really tell us anything whatsoever about the current state of your account, but please grab a lobby screenshot showing the PSN account name and another showing your collection if you're able, thanks!
lso when i log into the ea account on pc it has badges in apex from season 4 which was in 2020 so if the account was created in 2023 how can i have badges from 2020?
no that is absolutely not the case i logged into this ea account again just recently and it already had my psn linked. i logged in through playstation on ea on the exact same psn that i have the apex progress on
again i think this is a bug i can provide screenshots of my trophies from 2019 on the exact same psn linked to my account now
Smellbag0_0 Sounds like you have two different PSN accounts attached to two different EA accounts, if that's the case. This EA account has not accessed Apex from PlayStation at all still, so if you just logged in to check, that's being done through a different EA account.
If you head to your account connections page here, you'll be able to see which PSN account is linked to the EA account you're posting with now. Once you have that info, try using a separate incognito/private browser window and head back to https://help.ea.com/en/
Once you're on this screen, use the PSN login instead of signing in manually. If you log in with the PSN information for whichever PlayStation account you're seeing that progress on currently, that should log you into whichever EA account is connected.
That should let you see the two different accounts from that point, so if you still have access to whichever email's being used for that particular EA account, you can simply sign into that one on PC to see your PlayStation progress.
If it's not an email you recognize once you're signed in, our support would need to verify more account information to help get that updated.
i just logged into apex on ps4 and the account has all of my cosmetics. which is not the same when i try to login on pc. i get that this apex account may have a different ea account however my psn is currently linked to my current ea account that was created in 2023. If this is the case how am i able to log into apex using the old ea account on playstation but the psn is now linked to a seperate ea account?
