Apex Not Working On PC

I love the game but its basically unplayable.

Every 2 games or so it freezes my PC screen so that the only way to do anything is to restart my PC.

I've tried a bunch of different things but none seem to work

PC settings:

Ryzen 5 2600

RTX 2060

2 x 8gb RAM

Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard

Would appreciate any help

    Hey @AznBaoBoi, looking at your DxDiag and it is showing that your GPU drivers are 4 months out of date. First thing I would suggest is updating them to the most recent drivers and then try the game again to see if the issue reamins.

    Update the bios to version F31.. Use afterburner to monitor cpu cores and gpu.. If you want post the results of afterburner here so we can see what happens and post a dxdiag if u want

    I running into the same issue upon start up the game will randomly freeze. Then either time out and kick me back to the main screen of apex, or completely close the application. this is my set up,

    AMD FX(tm)-6200 Six core processor 3.80GHz

    16.0 GB

    4TB external (where the apex & origin client is located)

    64 bit.
