Account restriction status and login issue

Hello,

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding my account.

In the EA Help “Penalty History,” it now shows “No account violations or disputes.”

The case status has also changed from “Rejected” to “Closed.”

However, I am still unable to log in to Apex Legends.

It has already been more than one day since the penalty history changed.

Could you please clarify whether this means that the ban has already been lifted but has not yet been reflected in the game?
If so, could you let me know the expected timeframe for the update, or if any additional action is required on my side?
