Apex packs i bought arent showing up
I decided to use my extra 1000 coins on apex packs because why not.
after using the coins on the packs, they never showed up. I tried turning the game off 2x and even turned off the xbox.
i also got an alert i earned a pack from the season challenges.
anyone have a tip? Id really like to get those packs .

I do see you've tried restarting your Xbox, but can you give it one more try using these steps on Microsoft's page to power cycle your console?
If you're still not seeing anything after that point, please grab these proof of purchase screenshots for us.
Once you have those, you'll want to get in touch with support so they can verify that info and help get those coins to show up. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
