I have easily had over 500 packs, I’m currently level 406 and have spent easily 200 dollars on packs in this game. I have not once received an heirloom, seeing as it’s suppose to be every 500 packs this is my issue. My user name is B1RadMoFo and I love the game but I feel this is very flawed.
If you paid 200$ and you are 406 level then you need around 120 more Apex packs.
Even if you reach level 500 and spend 200$ your Apex pack count will be:
199 + 200 = 399 Apex packs
You need 500 Apex packs for Heirloom.
So you have to reach Max level 500 and also buy 101 Apex packs or buy around 120 packs now that you are 406 level.
