Apex PS4 Unable to Connect to EA

Check your router configuration and make sure you're getting the ports you need on the PS4 etc.

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @corgjones. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

I am having the same issue, there are no troubles with any other game on the PS4 or PlayStation plus I reset my password too but I think that goes for my PC account.

I glanced at them connection is fine I play warzone 24/7 but it says I don't have an account on PS4.

Yeah me too I was trying to play apex ranked this morning and it got extremely laggy so I restarted my playstion. When I clicked on apex it didn’t let me go in saying your licenses are being verified or something and then it did let me in. Then when I tried to load it brought me to this page

Has anyone figured this out? I tried resetting my password now EA says I have 2 accounts linked and screwing this up. Im so pissed

bro i am so sorry but like, im literally so mad right now i literally did all the steps u told us to do but when i get to the thing to recreate the password i dont get the email like i never received anything ive been trying to connect for 4 hours and i couldnt, i tried to make a new account but i cant even connect it with my ps4 so what schould i do ?????
