Apex randomly crashes and forces PC to restart

This game is so * broken but I finally managed to find a solution to the main menu restarting my pc EVERY TIME. I make sure i go to services and set easycheat to restart service every time, like that overwhleming "fix it guide" that EA has posted. I then repair apex inside origins then launch it. I seem to have to do this everytime for the game to * go all the way through. Super annoying considering this is something respawn entertainment is causing with their game and nothing wrong with our computers. Because I literally reinstalled windows to a fresh OS and the issue was still there which means it isn't our stuff it's theres. I just wish they would announce some sort of status update to fixing the game with a patch.

Also make sure you limit the frames to 90. Having high frames in the main menu is causing my computer to force restart because my graphics card is too good.

I've tried setting EasyAntiCheat to restart service but it didn't work for me. The game keeps restarting.

Edit: I'm having the exact same issue with Anthem as well. Maybe it has something to do with Origin

Hey did you manage to find a fix for this yet. Mine started acting up after the battle pass update. After click to continue my crashes on the loading screen and causes the error "" your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" please help cus I can't play with my friend's.

Okay I just came to make this comment because I experienced such a odd error, For context I literally have had this game for weeks with no issues besides my sub-par NBN that we recently got, i'm also on a laptop running Intel i7-7500 2.7ghz with turbo boost up to 3.5ghz, nvidia geforce 940mx, not sure if thats what i should be putting i'm clearly not great at the tech side of laptops haha. Just a hardcore gamer, anyway, I got the sims 4 last night, played apex right after with no issues, woke up today and my laptop randomly crashed and it said in the support part if I needed to tell support or whatever "Kernel Mode Heap Corruption" which ofcourse makes no sense to me so I let it restart then tried to play apex, everytime I would click my left mouse to "Continue" on the first screen you get, i'd black screen and then my laptop restarted, this happened a few times until I tested compatibility and it changed me to windows 8 for Apex and the game loaded with no issues straight away! this might be a fix for anyone having my issues im still not sure what the hell kernel mode corruption is now i'm just hoping it doesn't have any other issues or my laptop blows up or something!

But have you updated your graphics driver

Start the driver install after the download  AUS NBN

When you see the part Custom during the Install Untick Geforce Experience it's not needed and will only add bad times though it does have an auto update driver feature you could see how it goes with GFE then remove it later from Apps and Features by Right Click.The windows Start ICON for a comparison test, Also since you're on a Mobile CPU GPU set your power settings if you're gaming you can set the profiles to high performance whilst plugged in etc makes shooty better time.

Dont know whats going on i face a problem with apex, try to fix it by reinstalling not just game but whole windows but still face the problem its now 4 to 5 th times.

When start the game its run fine but when main screen open the PC restarts not like instant restart its take 2 to 3 minutes to restart the PC. i think i am not the only persion who face this problem. Plz check it and find a solution...

Possible IP ban or HWID ban?

I'm really quite confused and dont know where to start with this. A couple of weeks back I began having trouble playing games online on origin. Every time I would go online, the internet on my PC would cut out completely. It's my apartment and my router so that was quite confusing to me. After playing around updating drivers and such, i finally got back online by getting a new IP address for my PC. Problem solved. Until this week. My issue now is the same. I have perfect connectivity with Chrome, other games from other launchers, netflix, everything. BUT as soon as I try to play apex, it completely shuts off internet to my entire PC, once i close Apex everything comes back online. Refreshing my IP address no longer works to solve the problem and I'm honestly out of ideas. I dont think i've been banned as I have never cheated or been contacted about any suspicious activity, but some kind of IP ban or hardware ban seems like the only answer. any help is appreciated,

bro i have this issue to i can t even play the game it does this every time i land i dont know what to do please need a fix for it
