Apex Ranking Reward Distribution Error

Question

I had the highest masters segment in season 18, but I dropped to diamond 1 at the end of the season, why am I being given diamond rewards, shouldn't the rewards be given according to the highest segment? I'm sad about this, I've put a lot of time and money into this game！！！！！

I've played the game for 2000 hours and paid tons of money and I really need to fix this! I deserve the rewards I deserve!!!!

@Rezee0v0 I also have the same issue. I achieved the rank master but got diamond rewards. i do not know if it is a common issue, but I think so after seeing lot's of ppl complaining about it. Hope EA can do something about it.
