I lost my progression and everything is back to level 1.

I have been playing Apex since 2022 and recently few months back played again and uninstalled it. Last week i tried to play but it says it couldn't find any account (which infact is the same account i used before). So after creating an account it gave me level 1 account and says joined since 2025. 

But if i go to MY CASES i can see cases from 2022 for Apex. So, how can my account be from 2025 when the cases have been from 2022?

I lost all my old progression. 

PLEASE HELP ME!
